I called as I was struggling with some printing - Clare was incredibly patient, supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. Though I did not initially use the printing service, I did follow up with some acetate positives and the resulting prints I produced at home are the best I have produced. I am incredibly happy. The professionalism and high-quality prints exceeded my expectations. They offer a great selection of various printing options, paper types, and supports. Unbelievably fast! I placed two orders one afternoon and one printed pattern arrived the next day, with the second arriving the day after. The only reason I gave a lower score on the ease of use of the website was due to my lack of technical knowledge.
