Ezeeplan was suggested to me to use by a printmaking studio for some acetate printing. They were brilliant throughout. I had the pleasure of talking to Clare on the phone, and she was super understanding/ friendly and helped me to change the address that I (stupidly!) miswrote on my original order. One of my prints had the colours fading towards the edge (on about 5cm) and you could see the printer marks, It was not an a big issue as that copie was a proof for myself, but if it had been for the client I would have asked for it to be reprinted. :) – How would you describe our service?
