It's quite intimidating, getting your first pdf pattern printed out. I totally screwed it up, Clare in the office sorted everything out for me and didn't once make me feel like a idiot. The website is easy to use. But I got the print 5 days later after I made the payment. I thought it would be quicker than that. And the print quality is a nightmare....I can't use the print at all because the whole image are full of black lines.
