I ordered 2 A1 Acetate prints last Wednesday (24/5) which were needed for a deadline Tuesday (30/5) morning. I paid immediately and was told that the prints would be dispatched the next day and I 'should have them' by the weekend, however now they have still not been delivered! I have spent a considerable amount of my time emailing and calling Ezeeplan to try and find out what's going on with the delivery, but with no success. I'd really like to organise a full refund if you can help me with this, as even if the prints eventually arrive they are now of no use to me! – How would you describe our service?
