I ordered 2 A1 Acetate prints last Wednesday (24/5) which were needed for a deadline Tuesday (30/5) morning. I paid immediately and was told that the prints would be dispatched the next day and I 'should have them' by the weekend, however now they have still not been delivered! I have spent a considerable amount of my time emailing and calling Ezeeplan to try and find out what's going on with the delivery, but with no success. Ezeeplan we're very responsive throughout our transactison and were quick to contact me when they discovered that I could have had a potential issue with the project I was getting prints for. We soon got this resolved and my prints arrived the morning after ordering them even with the delay of sorting out my problem and making another print.
