I read your instructions on how to order and followed them by sending an email with my files attached. I never received a confirmation email or a price so I wasn't sure if you even received my email. So yesterday (Thurs 11th) I checked your website again and tried again by uploading direct through your site. I did receive an acknowledgement email this time but still no costs!. This morning's post arrived with my original order! as much as I was very pleased to receive it I was rather confused as the order was never confirmed. I am now wondering if my subsequent re-order is also on its way! – How would you describe our service?
